The Latvian company SIA "ALL recycling" was founded in 2006 as a non-ferrous metal scrap trade and processing company (previous name - SIA "Dīlers Metāls"). In 2017, SIA "ALL recycling" took over the commercial activities of AS "A HOLDING", which specialized in the production of aluminum recycling alloys and the disposal of hazardous waste. All equipment, technologies, personnel and permits for polluting activities were taken over.

The trade mark "Dilers Aluminum" is the property of SIA "ALL recycling" and the company's main product - aluminum alloys - is produced under this brand.

SIA "ALL recycling" is also engaged in trade and processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap and collection and disposal of household and hazardous waste.
