A tradition of quality construction started way before 1974 in the early 1900’s when Leo Otke (Dick’s Father) built many projects around Mid Missouri. This family tradition continues today after Dick and Louie Otke started Dick Otke Construction Company in 1974. This tradition includes all of the customers, employees, subcontractors, and owners that are committed to craftsmanship, quality, and professionalism in all aspects of the construction process. The partners of DOCC today are Dick Otke, Gary Oberkrom, Tim Hayden, and Jason Otke.
