They have been contacting suppliers to purchase goods without issuing formal purchase orders. Once the goods are shipped, they begin demanding refunds without returning the products.

This deceptive behavior appears to be part of a new fraudulent tactic targeting legitimate vendors. We strongly advise all companies to exercise extreme caution, demand proper documentation, and verify all transaction details before engaging in any deals with this entity.
