DBVH Pallets

DBVH stands for De Boer, Veldstra Heerenveen in full.

The company employs some twenty people, the majority of whom are full-time engaged in the overhaul of pallets. With its own production line and in line with our vision of corporate social responsibility. DBVH is located at Windas 11 in Heerenveen, where we have our factory hall with production line and a spacious outside area as storage space.

Origin of DBVH Pallets

Geert de Boer started with his father at the company, where he learned the tricks of the trade. First in the production of new pallets, later on the recycling and repair of used pallets was added. He then went on to manage the logistics process for de Boer Pallets. In this way he got to know all facets of the trade at an early stage. During his later career as a transport operator, he wanted to return to pallets. As a hobby he still overhauled old pallets.

This was first started in the spare time from a location in Joure. That quickly grew out of its place, so that the 'hobby' pallet trade had to look for a larger location. DBVH Handelonderneming en Dienstverlening thus became a fact in 2008. His (now) wife Annet Veldstra did the bookkeeping from home. He was responsible for production and sales.

In the meantime, together with a young and driven team, various types of pallets are now produced and recycled. In a responsible and sustainable way. Corporate social responsibility is our top priority, giving people and products a new chance.
