Ctrl-Alt-Recycle was founded by a local tech enthusiast who has been passionate about technology since childhood: flipping computers and making the most out of every gadget. Stephen was previously an operations executive at multiple billion dollar companies, but decided he wanted to do something closer to home in Charlottesville and more environmentally impactful.
