Value Added Services

Design

If you are looking for a custom shape, we can provide complete design services (excluding structural engineering) and prototyping. We will work with you to design a shape that will meet your design requirements and provide the most economical options.

In addition, we cater to special requests such as tempers (T42, T52, T53, T6511), special packaging requirements or Certified Chemical Analysis. Mechanical Certification available at an additional charge. 

Sawing

Cut to length with tight tolerance capabilities. Miter cuts and deburring are also available.

Fabrication

A full offering of services including machining, punching, drilling, tapping, bending, milling, welding, polishing, straight-lining, and thermal barrier.

Coatings

There are several finishes available including paint, chromate, electroless nickel, printing and anodizing.
Anodizing is an electrochemical process that creates a uniformly thick, transparent coating that protects all exposed and unexposed surfaces. 
Anodizing is also offered in a variety of colors.
