Established in 1997, and benefiting from over two decades of experience in the field, CP Metal Crafters continues to serve North Carolina's welding and machining needs. Located in Grover, NC, we're proud to serve customers across the region, around the nation, and overseas, including Asheville NC, Gaffney SC, Charlotte NC, Spartanburg SC, Greenville SC, Anderson SC, and many more in the USA. We also serve customers in TX, OH, IN,PA, as well as businesses overseas in the UK, China, and Taiwan.

Unlike Most Fabrication Shops

We serve a wide spectrum of companies spanning a multitude of industries, which gives us unique, valuable experience that most fabrication shops can't earn.

We are currently fabricating structural steel, tanks, feed bins, large scale framing, pump skids and industrial trailers, to name a few. We also specialize in stainless steel and aluminum, fabrication, and welding.

Owner and CEO Chris Ellis started CP Metal Crafters in 1997 on his own. At that time he had nine years of experience, which included fabrication, machine shop, and supervisory experience. Chris worked in the shop every day doing every job. Now 17 years later, CP Metal Crafters, Inc. employs over 40 quality employees whose supervision team alone has 100+ years of industry experience.

Chris continues to work in the shop everyday with his hands on every operation, and still manages to be personally accessible to every customer. Our supervision team includes:

Ken Brooks - Sales Manager
Ken's duties include estimating, scheduling for fabricated shop and machines shop, and customer support. Ken has been involved in every aspect of the fabrication business for over 30 years.

Jake Davis - Sales Estimator/ Project Manager
Jake Davis has been in the business for over 35 years. His duties at CP Metal Crafters include estimating and field management.

Jeremy Poston - Machine Shop Manager

Cole Kepner - Fabrication Coordinator
Cole has worked in maunufacturing all over the US. He is proficient in sales and design. His duties include coordinating the fabrication department and tech support.

Craig Beam - Lead Welder and Fabricator

Jeff Ferguson - Field Services Manager
Jeff has been in the business for over 40 years. His duties at CP Metal Crafters include sales, customer support, project management and field services.
