Our Story

Husband and wife team Cyril Harris and Ruth Cowan set up what might have been the first independent recruitment shop in Montreal, Canada in 1954.

What began with a nudge by Alcan Aluminum in the 60’s, expanded into expertise recruiting expatriates for the entire mining and metals life cycle, including all disciplines, sectors and supporting industries. Today we provide personnel at all levels including executive, professional and technical staff across emerging and specialized sectors and industry lines.
