Council Stainless & Sheet Metal is a full service sheet metal with substantial design and manufacturing capabilities for residential and commercial sheet metal products. Our design and fabrication capabilities have been used to produce custom items for commercial kitchen equipment, architectural accent pieces, building mansard fascias, specialty enclosures, signage and more. We work with stainless steel, copper, prefinished steel and aluminum, galvanized, galvalume, prime coat, and other finishes.Council Stainless & Sheet Metal can design and manufacture parts, sub assemblies, knock-down packages and finished products such as commercial kitchen tables, shelving and cabinets. Items may be picked up at our shop or shipped via LTL commercial trucking or hot shot trucking.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

We offer CNC cold forming and related services for sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing. Our manufacturing capabilities have the depth to handle most any type of sheet metal, stainless steel or light gauge component production. We can produce individual parts as well as build sub-assemblies and complete systems.

We have in-house capabilities to produce high quality components from stainless, carbon steel and aluminum sheets and plates. We can also fabricate items from some hot rolled steel items.Our waterjet cutting capabilities makes it possible to mass produce parts or architectural pieces with relative ease. Our in-house CAD design process supports our CNC equipment to provide exceptional control in meeting design requirements and tolerances.
