About Us Overview Connacher Oil and Gas Limited is a Calgary-based exploration, development and production company active in the production and sale of bitumen. Connacher’s shares trade on the TSX under the symbol CLC.

Our principal asset is a 100 percent interest in approximately 440 million barrels of proved and probable bitumen reserves located on the company’s Great Divide oil sands leases near Fort McMurray, Alberta. Connacher is an in situ oil sands developer, producer, and marketer of bitumen. The Company holds a 100% interest in approximately 440 million barrels of proved and probable bitumen reserves and operates two steam-assisted gravity drainage (“SAGD”) facilities located on the Company’s Great Divide oil sands leases near Fort McMurray, Alberta.

Connacher’s two producing projects at Great Divide are known as Pod One and Algar. A total of 23 SAGD well pairs and 13 infill wells are located at Pod One and a total of 18 SAGD well pairs are located at Algar.

Connacher has two SAGD facilities located on its Great Divide oil sands leases. Pod One and Algar, have been producing since 2008 and 2010, respectively. The primary focus of the company is to continue to increase production and to optimize operations at both of these facilities.
