Condor Earth was incorporated by Barry Hillman, Bob Hoagland, and Pete Dohms in 1983 as Condor Minerals Management. The initial professional direction of the company focused on providing geologic and permitting services to the mining industry in California and Nevada. Some of the more important clients included Northgate Minerals Corporation, Hecla Mining, Calgom (Merk), Carson Hill Gold Mine, Meridian Minerals, and others.
