Con-Sy is built with employees with over 30 years of experience in the construction trade. A key factor to Con-Sy, is the long term personnel who have been placed within the company with duties ranging from General Foreman to VP of Operations that are involved daily with a wide range of Project Management including personnel management, daily operations, estimating, contract negotiations and General Production Management of all project phases. We believe in hiring and supporting local employment, our company has a base of 40 to 50 Colorado employees.

Tom Lee, President/Owner has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, starting at Tarco Industries, DIA being one of their many major projects. Established in 1994, Con-Sy has thrived through the construction industry despite the industry's challenges.
