Our main company Echelon Computers, Inc. was founded in 2001. We were a company that handled off lease equipment. As the company grew the next couple of years, we not only found a market in electronic recycling but had a need to recycle electronics that were no longer useful ourselves. In 2003 we formed a company called Computer Recycling Group, LLC which functioned primarily on a business to business level. As electronic recycling awareness increased in the public sector, we found it necessary to change our name to Computer Recycling Center. That success has lead us to our current location so that we could serve businesses. We provide many services that range from off lease equipment to ‘end-of-life’ recycling.
