Dan Mennecke has over 25 years of roll form tooling design, tryout and manufacturing experience. Dan has worked at Yoder Mfg., Samson Roll Form, and Addison Machine and was the original roll form tooling engineer at Chicago Roll before starting Comet Roll & Machine Company in 1998.

Comet Roll & Machine Company is world class designer and builder of high quality tube, pipe and roll form tooling serving Automotive Industry, Home Appliance Industry, Building Products and Office Furniture Industry. With many years of experience in the roll form, tube and pipe industry, Comet Roll can offer its customers a wide range of services, from reverse engineered products to completely new sets of tooling for new and existing product lines. Comet also offers Turn Key Roll Forming Machine Building. These custom designed machines are capable of accepting up to 48" Rolls, and a gauge range of 0.005" up to 0.057" thick, up to 40tons of rolling pressure, up to 36" rolls, and fully enclosed or lock formed profiles.
