Coldfoot Environmental was created to provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service to a variety of clients. Established in 2001, Coldfoot was certified by the US Small Business Administration as an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business. We are a minority, service-disabled veteran-owned business specializing in Asbestos, Demolition and Hazardous Waste.

We have worked on a variety of projects including residential, commercial and industrial. We've worked on various military installations throughout Alaska as a federal contractor and subcontractor including Elmendorf Air Force Base, Fort Wainwright, Fort Richardson, Anchorage School District as well as the University of Alaska.

We have a superior reputation for high quality service and attention to detail. We provide on-going training to our employees and strive towards the highest levels of safety. We work closely with both federal and state EPA and OSHA and are involved in the State OSHA Consultation Services for general contractors. This year the Department of Transportation certified Coldfoot as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise.
