Mike Ghanine, founder of Cleanup-Busters Inc. A Foundation Forged in Skilled Trades Cleanup-Busters Inc. was not born in a boardroom. It was built on job sites, in professional kitchens, and through years of hands-on experience in some of the most demanding work environments in Ontario. Our founder, Mike Ghanie, began his professional career as a certified welder, spending years mastering a trade that demanded precision, discipline, and the ability to deliver consistent results under pressure. Welding taught him something that would later define every aspect of Cleanup-Busters: time management, attention to detail, and the value of showing up prepared — every single day.

From there, he transitioned into the culinary arts, driven by a passion for creating something people could appreciate. Working in professional kitchens sharpened a different set of skills: meeting tight deadlines, coordinating with a team under constant pressure, and delivering quality when the stakes were high.
