We not only carry the world famous jewelry designer brands, we also design, make and repair jewelry here at the store. Over the years, our staff has become quite proficient in all these areas, and we continue to provide our customers with a unique experience from start to finish. We use State-of-the-Art equipment to work on our jewelry whether it is a repair or a custom design. Almost all of our work is done on premises.

Services

Appraisals
Cindi's Diamond & Jewelry Gallery performs written appraisals appropriate for insurance purposes. Each appraisal comes with a typed detailed description and a picture of the piece of jewelry. We do all of our appraisals in the store so you can be comfortable knowing that it does not leave our premises.

Wish Lists
We maintain wish lists for any customer who'd like to register special gifts. Whether you want to make sure friends and family know what you've been hoping for or you'd just like to keep track of your desires personally, we're here to help.

Custom Design
Have something unique in mind but can't find it anywhere? We're happy to assist you through the process of designing a completely new piece. We'll work with you to ensure the durability of the design as well as the beauty. Ask a sale associate how to create the jewelry of your dreams!

Engraving
Our in-store engraver will gladly engrave and personalize any jewelry piece. This service is performed by machine for extra precision.

Jewelry Restyling
If an item in your jewelry box has gone out of style or you simply want to try something new, bring it to us. We'll work with your specifications to create something fresh and exciting.

Pearl and Bead Restringing
Cindi's will custom-string your necklaces or bracelets and will always clean your jewelry before restringing. This can be done in many different styles and we're glad to work with you to create the perfect style.

Jewelry Cleaning
Whether it be gold pieces cleaned by our ultra-sonic, or silver pieces cleaned with our silver cleaner, we offer all cleaning completely free of charge. Polishing by our polishing machine is $5.00.

Ear Piercing
Ear piercing is another service we provide here at Cindi's Diamond & Jewelry Gallery. The cost of ear piercing is $29.00, which includes the price of the piercing itself, studs, and bottle of Ear Magic. Individuals under the age of 18 need a parent to sign for them.

Antique Restoration
We specialize in antique restoration from heirloom pieces dating back to the early 1900's or before, to costume jewelry of an antique nature.

Eye Glass Repair
We repair most types of eyeglasses using our laser welder.

Jewelry Repair
We have 3 repairmen trained in myriad aspects of jewelry repair. We can repair rings, earrings, pendants, chains, pins, and bracelets. Setting stones in their original setting or a new style can be done on the premises. We also repair costume jewelry.

Watch Repair
Watch battery replacement and repairs are done on the premises. Replacement watch batteries are between $10.00 and $15.00 depending on the type of battery.

This additional service is completely free of charge.
