From curbside garbage removal and roll-off dumpsters to scrap metal recycling, Choice Waste is dedicated to making Central Virginia cleaner and greener. Our family-owned waste disposal business is headquartered in Chester, Virginia, and our growing fleet of service vehicles is serviced locally.

What We Believe

Our company owners and founders Shawn Anderson and Jim Talpas both live in Central Virginia where they support several local charitable organizations. They believe a company should do more than just sell a product or service—it should be attentive and courteous, do the right thing, and give back to the community where it does business.

At Choice Waste, customer service issues are resolved easily and efficiently. As a Choice customer, you won’t have to navigate through a complicated telephone tree and experience a 20-minute hold at a call center in another state or country.

Holiday Pickup Information

Choice Waste does not provide residential garbage removal service on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day.
