CHaRM is subsidized by three partners including the city of Boulder,Eco-Cycler and dedicated recyclers such as you. There will be a small fee for every vehicle using this facility. If you bike in your materials, you will not be charged a facility fee (fees still apply to electronic, bike tire and porcelain materials). 

This is the only facility of its kind in the nation.

Electronics will be recycled for a fee. Please call for details. Computer monitors will be charged by their size. This includes computer towers/CPU's, printers, scanners, laptops, universial power supplys (UPS), keyboards, mice, and cables, as well as other computer equipment. It aslo includes fax machines, desktop copiers, large copiers, cell phones, office phones, home phones, digital cameras, PDA's and Gameboys, Video game systems, walkmans, iPods, TVs (Also cahrged by size), VCR's, DVD players, satellite boxes, and others.
