With over 30 years of experience in the oil industry and environmental services, Scott Snedegar has successfully built multiple successful companies specializing in used oil collection, contaminated water treatment, bulk fueling, new oil distribution and more. His dedication and expertise have been the driving force behind our venture. Scott serves as the CEO of Charlotte Metro oil.

After graduating from Otterbein University, Rachel Shatalov, inspired by her father's entrepreneurial spirit, embarked on a successful career in the fitness industry . However, with a desire to continue her family's legacy and her father's support, she transitioned into the used oil collection business. Together, they founded Charlotte Metro Oil, a family operated business. Rachel serves as Director of Customer Relations.

Charlotte Metro Oil thrives through the dynamic partnership with Yuriy Maksimenko, a respected entrepreneur in the Charlotte area. Over the past two decades Yuriy has built multiple businesses and helped others transform their ideas into successful businesses. Serving as the COO of Charlotte Metro Oil, Yuriy brings a fresh impetus to our mission. This partnership has catapulted Charlotte Metro Oil, setting us on an accelerated path toward our vision of making a positive impact on the on the customers we serve.

Charlotte Metro Oil is affiliated with Central Ohio Oil, one of Scott's established companies. Central Ohio Oil is Columbus, Ohio’s first multi-phased non-hazardous waste management facility and Columbus’ first EPA licensed and permitted used oil and wastewater facility. With over three decades of experience, Central Ohio Oil specializes in the clean-up and transportation of non-hazardous liquid waste and sludge.
