We COLLECT food waste from local residents and businesses, PROCESS the waste onsite at our facility and DISTRIBUTE nutrient rich soil back to our community.

Our Mission

Brew City Compost, LLC will be a part of the change: the agricultural, environmental and societal wave of regeneration. We believe that soil regeneration, no matter what the scale, will help to divert waste from landfills-eliminating methane emissions, sequester carbon and revitalize the health of our bodies and ecosystem. Together we create cyclical value from a waste stream.

There is a tremendous amount of food waste that is going straight into the trash in our area everyday, and our goal is to intercept that to create compost. 

Nutrient dense food comes from healthy soil and we want to bring that back to home gardens, kitchens, flower pots and farms.
