Technology known on the market sold with a label

The well-known Holzmag recycling technology with a focus on "shredding" was sold in 2011 together with the label to an industrial group.

Licenses for this leading technology were granted in advance to technology groups such as Kawasaki Heavy Industries etc.

In-house recycling or production waste processing

In-house recycling or production waste processing is and was our core competence. Unfortunately, this was not pursued further by the industry group, and so they removed themselves from current market events as far as material developments were concerned.

The option to also take over the compression, drying and dosing technology from HOLZMAG was not withdrawn. For this area, BP Recyclingsystems was founded, which took over the briquetting presses, pelleting presses, drying systems as well as storage and dosing systems from the former Holzmag program as a focus.

Unfortunately, the group did not pursue the area of ​​“production waste processing” with single-shaft shredding and outputs of up to 1 to / h. Based on the KNOW HOW of the sold shredding technology, a shredder for the highest demands for this target group has now been further developed with new tool types and variable drives from BP Recyclingtechnik.

New developments

Our claim to leadership for difficult materials to offer the best possible recycling technology - to return these directly or as a semi-product to the manufacturing process, we have proven earlier and now with new solutions. This concerns, for example, the bale preparation of microfibers with subsequent pelleting or carbon fiber preparation with pelletizing with the fiber structure preserved.

The compaction technology with briquetting and pelleting presses are another focus of the program line. The briquetting machines have a modular structure and can be combined into units. The flexible use of this press for wood, paper, metal or dust has been expanded to include an agglomeration device for the plastics and bio-plastics sector.

A briquette dividing device for special pieces, a bagging system and various silo devices complete the most flexible press program on the market.

Another new development is our hydropellet flat die press for fully automatic pelleting of all types of production waste.
