Borderland Construction Co Inc (Borderland) is an Arizona S Corporation, founded in 1982, that is 100-percent locally owned and operated in Tucson, Arizona. Operations began in a trailer on Old Nogales Highway, but today the company has grown to occupy a 16-acre complex on east 38th Street in South Tucson.

Our highly skilled professionals, tradesmen, and one of southern Arizona's largest equipment fleets allow us to self-perform a high percentage of work on each project, thereby controlling the construction schedule, ensuring quality workmanship and minimizing owner’s construction costs.
