BEST Contracting Services, Inc. has been providing services to the construction industry since 1982. Specializing in the building envelope, BEST serves Industrial, Commercial and Institutional property owner clients in both the private and public sectors, as well as the General Contractor community and the Federal Government.

Operating in several Western states, BEST’s services include all types of Roofing, Waterproofing, Glazing, Architectural Metal Wall Panels and Sustainable systems including Solar PV, Daylighting and Vegetated Roofs.

Headquartered in Gardena, CA, with another full service facility in Union City, CA, BEST carries significant bonding and insurance capacities. With its trained Union work force of approximately 500 employees, recent annual revenue in excess of $100 million.
