Established in 1974, BATTELEC INC has stood as a cornerstone of the motive power industry for over five decades. Following its acquisition by the Perron family in 1997, the company underwent a remarkable period of growth and transformation, laying the foundation for its enduring success.

In 2008, BATTELEC INC merged with Montreal Charger, giving rise to the MAFINI group parent company and significantly broadening its scope and capabilities. Acquired in 2020, and fast forward to 2024, Combat Batteries in Ontario underwent a name change to Battelec, aligning itself as the Ontario branch and ensuring a consistent standard of excellence for dealers and customers across both provinces.
