Millard Laugle started Batesville Products, Incorporated as Batesville Ornamental Works in 1944. Justin Weber acquired control of the company in the early 1960s. Over the years he brought the ten Weber children into the business. Several family members are involved to this day, from part-timers working their way through school all the way to the president.

Over the years BPI has grown to 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Our two locations cover six acres of ground. We pour 80,000 pounds of aluminum alloy each week.

At Batesville Products the average length of service of our employees is 12 ½ years. We work hard to provide the advantages that ensure success, including extensive training and education.
