WATERJET CUTTING

Atlantic Stainless offers waterjet cutting services for jobs that require very close tolerance and almost no machining to prepare the metal. Although waterjet metal cutting is a more expensive process than plasma cutting, it can save time and labor in machining. Our experts will take your design prints and waterjet cut your custom parts precisely so that your project’s final outcome is exactly how you envisioned it.

PLASMA CUTTING

At Atlantic Stainless, we offer a cutting service that is both efficient and economical. Our plasma cutting process utilizes a torch to cut your project material to size. This form of cutting is an economical plate cutting process, and sizes should be left thicker in order to be machined if necessary. Our in-house unit can cut your material up to 3” thick and 8’ wide and 22’ long’. 

STAINLESS STEEL SAW CUTTING

Atlantic Stainless offers stainless steel saw cutting services using our fully automatic saws that can cut your material to your required size. With up to 16” capacity, we can handle all your bar, tube, and pipe cutting needs. Multiple cuts are done swiftly, cleanly, and with great precision.

SHEARING

As stainless steel suppliers, it is our goal to give you the best product on the market. Our shear will cut up to 3/8” thick stainless up to 13’ long, giving you the flexibility you need with an inexpensive cutting option. Our computerized shear means your pieces will be cut with consistency enabling you to save both time and money.

STAINLESS STEEL POLISHING SERVICE

At Atlantic Stainless, we offer a wide variety of polishing options are provided. From a standard #4 polish (180 grit) to a non-directional mirror finish, we can help you with your specialty projects, architectural jobs and requirements. We stock many sheets, pipes, tubes, and other items already polished, but can offer polishing of custom sizes as well.
