About Company

We also offer services in design, prototype, sub-assembly or assembly, warehousing, distribution. sales, technical services and support. Our highly trained and capable employees maintain unsurpassed standards and tolerances for the most demanding job.

Elvin C. Price started Atlanta Attachment Company® in 1969 as a one-man business with little more than $100 and a workbench in the basement of his home.

He was dedicated to the fabrication of attachments for the apparel sewing industry. The motto Sudden Service® was used because of his determination to make sure all of his customers were taken care of promptly with quality products and the best service in the industry. The company developed over the years into the leader in manufacturing of automated sewing equipment and labor saving devices for the apparel industry.

Atlanta Metro Machining was established in 1987 to handle the production of any type of machine shop work unrelated to the sewn products industry, such as Scientific Atlanta, and later with Panoz Automotive.

In 1997, Priceless Plane Products, LLC was established to produce a tug to move an aircraft without destroying the nose gear. The original concept was to use a rotating turntable that later became know as the LazySusan®. This allowed a tug to safely rotate an aircraft within its own wingspan. Priceless Tugs have changed over the years and are very successful today, transporting aircraft up to 35,000 lbs MGTOW. These tugs are used by many FBOs, private aircraft owners and have been used at air shows and events, such as the First Flight Centennial®, EAA AirVenture®, and AOPA®. Recently the plane products division became the exclusive U.S. manufacturer and sales representative of RedBox® mobile Power Supply for jump starting fixed-wing prop and jet aircraft as well as helicopters for private, corporate and military use.

In 1999, Atlanta Attachment Company introduced its first automated workstation to the sleep products industry. The “Pillow Top Ruffler” was a huge success and this was the beginning of a new and very successful business. In 2002, AAC introduced 7 workstations at the ISPA® show in Denver, CO. and in 2010 had expanded its product line to approximately 70 workstations and many support products.

In 2004, Atlanta Parts Depot® was established and dedicated to the sales of expendable replacement parts for specified workstations for the sewn products industry. With its online, one-stop shopping, one can purchase their products anytime and feel confident that their parts will be shipped with 72 hours or they will be free.

The latest division, Atlanta Precision Machining & Fabrication, LLC, was added in 2009 to manufacture parts and assemblies for other companies. APMF has flourished in a stressed and demanding economy because of superior quality, precision machining and on-time delivery. New equipment was procured to maintain the high quality standards required for today’s highly competitive market, and a 30% increase in employees was required to stay on top of the new customer demand for products.

In 2016, Atlanta Attachment Company, along with all divisions, was sold to HSM Solutions. This transaction enabled AAC to further support it’s existing customers and offer unique technologies on a broader scale in new and evolving industries. Atlanta Attachment is HSM’s fourth operating division and maintains its Georgia facility.
