Founded in 1953 with 5 employees servicing the US midwest’s general aviation community, we have grown to over 50 employees serving air carriers, OEMs, MROs, and asset manager worldwide.   At our 46,000 square foot facility in Lake Zurich, Illinois, which is located 30 miles from Chicago-O’Hare International Airport (ORD), our technical staff with over 500 years of combined aviation experience use modern technology to perform all critical maintenance processes under the same roof.   APS is an authorized service center for major propeller OEMs including: Hamilton Sundstrand, Hartzell, McCauley, Ontic, Sensenich, Woodward, and Aero Technologies.
