ALUMPAR, thru recycling aluminium scraps work at the transformation/remelter market, made alloy 6005, 6060, 6061 and 6063 with 4, 5, 6 and 7 inchs diameter.

Remelter have production capacity of 21.600 tons per year, that mean 1.800 tons monthly, 2 melting houses with complement furnace standby. The metal is subjected to high temperatures properly controlled, and the bath receives treatment before addition of alloys, which provide better performance to the product as the desired purpose by the customer.

Casting is carried out in the modern process VDC ( Vertical Direct Chill ) , and at this stage there is a strict control variables so that the billet is solidified with perfection. All billets pass through Homogenization process that has two homogenizing furnace and a cooling chamber .

Alumpar submit their products to testing spectrochemicals on own laboratory attributing thus greater reliability to the customer. The entire process is controlled and constantly investments are made in order to ensure that the excellence in the product.
