We could avail TOTAL quantities per a deal that shall starts from 1 million tons to 12 million or more as needed. Our spec and procedure summarized as follow; however, the contract shall base all details of this deal and provides signed mutual agreement among parties. A draft contract will be shared with Buyer attached that subjects to changes until mutual agreement is achieved as per the deal procedure below. • Commodity: Un-Used Railway, Second quality R50/R65 for lengths: From 0.8 M to 12.5 meters, at buyer choice. • Country of Origin: Saudi Arabia and sent to Any Safe World Port destination • Total Quantity: Min of 1 Million to 12 Million metric tons or more as needed • Price and Shipment Type: CIF and prices are negotiable depends on required quantities. For example, quantities of 5 million mt or more can starts at $190/mt. Note, we could offer to not take our commission from Buyer based on deal conditions. • Shipment delivery schedule: It will be based on the signed contract. However, the Buyer can suggest the desired schedule and will be further reviewed. Usually, it is equally delivery over the period of contract like on monthly basis. • The payment: 100% LC CONFIRMED MT700 AT SIGHT IRREVOCABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE . However, it can be open only with 20% " Negotiable as agreement "of the Total Value, but only on the Condition that the Buyer's Bank Guarantees the Total Value) • Performance Bond: From 5 to 10 % by seller as Bank Guarantee after Establishing LC MT700 and based on the agreed contract terms • Warehouse Visit/Preview: If the buyer desires to visit the warehouse, it is REQUIRED to open (before came) MT705from buyer bank to seller bank within 48 Hrs. • Inspection: SGS or any Equivalent as per the signed contract Deal Procedure: • LOI and FCO: Buyer send us LOI (letter Of Intent) and we respond with Firm Corporate Offer FCO • ICFO: Buyer signs/stamps and returns FCO with Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with full banking details and soft probe authorization. • Contract: The seller sends the draft contract to the buyer for review until mutual agreement is achieved • Draft of bank credit: The seller will send the required LC form Draft of CONFIRMED MT700 AT SIGHT NON-TRANSFERABLE for confirmation and approval by both parties. The Commercial Invoice shall be issued by Buyer at his expense to issue the MT700, noting that CI will reserve the desired quantities for specific period of time (14 days). The CI costs usually $1500 per 1 Million mt. • Warehouse Visit/Preview: A credit MT705 (free of charge, need Commercial number from seller) must be opened for viewing ,and send it by swift from the customer’s bank (the buyer) to our bank (the seller), in order to ensure that you trust us as a seller and our trust in you as a buyer. After that, an appointment will be made for your field visit at Buyer expenses, within 48 hours, reviewing documents and proceed with the deal accordingly. • Establishment of Payment: CONFIRMED MT700 AT SIGHT revolving bank credit opening is irrevocable and non-transferable (note that credit can be opened only with 20% " Negotiable as agreement "of the total value, but only on the condition that the buyer's bank guarantees the total value).
