At All Star Feed Screws has become a leading supplier, by meeting the demands of the plastics and rubber industries with very skilled people and the latest machining technology. We provide superior new and rebuilt screws that have higher production rates with less down time.

All Star Feed Screws will manufacture new and rebuilt screws up to 4.5 inches in diameter. Special shanks, splines, keyways and mixing pins are supplied to meet customer requirements.

Base materials include 4140HT, 4340HT, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, nitralloy, Inconel and many others. Hardening on screw flights may be done by flame hardening or hard facing such as stellite 1, 12, 6 or colmomoys 56, 57, 83.

Corrosion protection may be provided by ion nitriding, nitriding, chrome or nickel plating or other coating to suit customer needs.

Quality

Upon arrival of repair items, every screw is inspected to determine the extent of the repair and then assigned a procedure.

Before shipment, each screw is given a final inspection, from dimensional accuracy and straitness to surface finish, ensuring trouble-free service.
