Meet The Owners

All Dogs Poop is a local, family-owned business based in south Jersey. In 2008, Le Ann Frost made the leap from a regional HR Director with Macy’s to entrepreneur when she founded All Dogs Poop. Since then, All Dogs Poop has helped countless dog parents in the Southern New Jersey area keep their yards clean of dog waste and safe for their beloved dogs.

In 2010, All Dogs Poop welcomed Julie Woodward as co-owner. Julie was an Executive Director of 2 upscale hotels in Philadelphia. With Julie’s lengthy career in hospitality, she has a focus on customer service that aligned with Le Ann’s 20 years of customer service focus in big box and department store retail management.

Over the last decade plus, Le Ann’s sole focus has been to grow All Dogs Poop. It has been her hobby and her passion. “It’s taken a great deal of time to get the business off the ground and continue to grow it year after year.” Le Ann has loved every minute of it and has never questioned taking the leap from the corporate world to the world of dog waste! Julie appreciates being able “to live our values” and run a business whose focus is to do what we feel is right.
