Founded in 1971, Alan Pre-Fab Building Corp is one of the oldest modular building manufacturers in California. We are the factory. We have direct control of your project, so you don't have to deal with middlemen. Located in Gardena CA with a 40,000 square foot production facility, we've completed over 5,000 modular building projects.

Primarily, we are a custom manufacturer of commercial and industrial modular prefabricated buildings. But we also have standard model skidmounted buildings, sometimes in stock for immediate delivery. And we own a fleet of rental buildings used as mobile offices, guard stations and ticket booths for temporary needs.

Service

Unlike most modular building companies, at Alan Pre-Fab Building, you don't become a job number once the order is placed. Whether your project is a custom building or 100 unit production run, your project will get our personal attention every day until you are moved in and satisfied. You'll be dealing directly with either Bret Andrus or Bill Andrus and they'll be dealing directly with the workers constructing your building. The result is you get what you wanted with no surprises.

Experience

President: John Andrus.  
John first started selling prefab skid mounted buildings in Beaumont TX in 1955.  In 1966 he expanded that operation to California and in 1971 formed Alan Pre-Fab Building Corp.

Sales and Rentals: Bret Andrus.  
Bret has been working at Alan Buildings since 1985 in all capacities,  including sales, purchasing, production, truck driving and project management.

Production and Purchasing: Bill Andrus.
Bill has been at Alan Buildings since 1983 in all capacities, including sales, purchasing, production, truck driving and project management as well as design & drafting.
