Ag Choice was established in 2005 as New Jersey’s first and only commercial food waste and livestock manure on-farm composter. Over the years our focus has shifted from livestock manure collection to specializing in food waste recycling. We work closely with, and are permitted by, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) to collect and compost a wide array of organics which includes food waste, leaves, manufacturing organics such as coffee, spent leaf, nut and bean products.
