We have clean bins left outside of each door, and on schedule, workers go door to door picking up the trash so that your tenants do not need to drag their trash down the stairs, or across the property to the waste containers themselves. Our valet trash service is designed to help tenants and the community have one less chore to worry while keeping the property clean.

Our service-based system is perfectly suited for A, B, and C class properties as well as student, senior, and new constructed communities as a standard amenity. We offer collection service schedules of 4 to 7 nights per week, tailored to your community needs.

Affinity's RightWay Recycling program takes the challenges out of living a more eco-friendly lifestyle.  RightWay Recycling is a single stream recycling program designed to make it easy for every resident to effortlessly participate in the green movement. Our clients report that this unique recycling program reduces a community's overall waste expense by an estimated $1.22 unit/month while ensuring city mandate compliance.

​With Affinity's program, residents simply bag and tie their commingled recyclables in a transparent/semi-transparent clear, blue, green, or retail shopping bag, and utilize the same provided collection container used for trash. The recycling is then picked up with the bagged trash as the residents follow the same procedures of our Door Side Collection service

VALET TRASH

Implementing valet trash services adds value to your asset and creates a revenue stream for ownership. We service your community 5 days a week, never taking off two consecutive days in a row; offer unmatched amenities* to save you time and money onsite; provide new bins to your property during initial start of service; and ensure our team members are easily identified on your property with shirts tucked in and a professional demeanor. We also offer a phase-in billing program while still servicing the entire property. This allows your billing to increase incrementally while all tenants utilize the service.
