The company was founded on July 14, 1989, under individual name, José Adriano de Azevedo Carneiro. I worked in a rented building with a collection vehicle and 4 employees;

In 1990, the first warehouse was built. At this stage, the company already had the collaboration of 6 employees and a manual press to bale textile waste;

More vehicles were acquired for collection, improving the service provided. The materials collected are: Textile waste (mainly), paper, plastic, wood and composite packaging;

In 1995, to improve profitability, another press was purchased to bale textiles, paper and plastic. The expansion of infrastructure to 300 m2 also began;

In 1999, the second pavilion was built, with 1046 m2 of storage;

The following year, in March 2000, the company's name changed from an individual name to Adriano Carneiro & Manuela Recuperáveis ​​Têxteis, Lda. That same year, a horizontal press was acquired to bale paper and plastic and the company already had the collaboration of 16 employees;

In 2002, a heavy vehicle was purchased to reinforce the fleet and a semi-automatic sorting table;

After 6 years of work, in January 2003, the Waste Management Operations Authorization issued by DRAOT-Norte was achieved. In the same year, accreditation was obtained within the scope of the Integrated Packaging Waste Management System by Sociedade Ponto Verde;

At the beginning of 2005, authorization was obtained from the National Waste Institute for the internal recovery of used oils;

The following year, 2006, investment was made in a new vertical press to improve the quality of the textile bales, giving them a better presentation;

Finally, in 2010, the company invested in improving working conditions and increasing storage capacity. In other words, building a new pavilion with 900 m2.
