Action Shred is owned by brothers Joel and Craig Litman. Our parent company, Texas Recycling/Surplus, Inc., has been serving the Dallas / Fort Worth area since 1992.

In 2003, the Litman family saw a need for secure, dependable information destruction in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. They launched Action Shred of Texas and hired a team of trusted employees, many of whom have worked with the family at Texas Recycling for years.

With the family name attached to the company’s successful operations, the Litmans feel strongly that customer service should be prompt and personal. We don’t use voicemail, which means a dedicated staff member anxious to help you will answer your phone call. Plus, we do everything possible to schedule our routes to make our service as convenient as possible for our customers.
