Accurate Steel Treating began in 1962 as a heat-treating facility with three people specializing in tool steel. In 1989, Accurate Steel Treating acquired a new management team and embarked on a carefully planned expansion program. During the next several years, new processes were added to keep pace with growing demand including: high-pressure vacuum heat-treating, precision carburizing, and ion nitriding.
