This has included the ability to use SPC techniques, matching statistical models for dimensional control, and rigid in-house capability review studies and histograms. In addition, our processing engineers utilize rigid X-Bar and R charting and testing procedures to ensure an upper and lower control tolerance within an acceptable CPK value.
