A1 Energy was started in 2005 by Lori Porreca and Jesse Porreca, having both previously worked with industrial customers. After being presented an opportunity with a major lighting manufacturer they realized manufacturing and industrial clients across south central PA were being overlooked for energy efficient lighting upgrades. This quickly became our niche market and remains a large part of our customer base to this day. As we built long-term relationships with our clients it was crucial to add other services that support full energy optimization such as energy procurement and on-site alternative energy generation. We combine our deep industry knowledge and financial expertise to dramatically lower energy costs and meet sustainability goals for our clients.

While our team has grown over the years to fully support our clients in their energy optimization process, we are still a Certified Women-Owned Small Business.
