A-1 Auto Salvage & Scrap is a full service metal recycling company. Our goal is to provide professional and courteous service and a safe environment for our customers and employees. We pay top prices for all types of scrap metal while using state-of-the-art processing machinery.  

We have just doubled in size.  We have expanded to 12 acres in order to accommodate our growing customer base.  We offer roll-off container service designed to meet the needs of Michigan’s commercial and residential customers.  Drop off and pick up of containers is prompt and efficient.  Our truck scale is state certified and open to the public.  We buy junk vehicles; we will even pick them up for free.  Keep in mind~ we purchase scrap metals, but we do not sell anything to the public.
We serve everyone, from the individual scrap metal seller to major manufacturing operations.
