404 Auto Recycling is a fully licensed and insured Auto Recycling Facility that has been in business since 1958. We are located east of the 404 between Harold and Mount Albert on Kennedy.

The Auto Recycling industry plays a critical and important role in reducing emissions in the ecosystem. Our goal is to increase the use of recycled parts especially within the collision repair industry in an effort to reduce emissions.  With our 60+ years in business, we, along with other Auto Recycler's in our local area have helped convince the municipality that it was in their best interest and that of the community to make it mandatory for any scrap vehicle in East Gwillimbury to have all mercury switches removed from all end of life vehicles for recycling. This program, formerly known as Switch-Out, has recently come to an end, however the proper management of mercury switches remains an extremely important factor here at 404.
