COLUMBIA (Scrap Monster): Two men are facing charges after police say they stole scrap metal from a Swatara Township business on July 19.
David H. Johnson, 50, and John E. Madigan, 50, both of Harrisburg, are each charged with theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy.
Swatara Township police were able to identify the pair by looking at surveillance video at the business.
The men were formally charged on Wednesday.
Both Johnson and Madigan are scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 24 for their preliminary hearing.
