About Us
The WestRock Anchorage Recycling Center started as a small, community-driven recycler in the early 80's. Today, it is Anchorage's primary community drop-off site for residential and commercial recycling.
We accept cardboard, newspaper, mixed paper, tin cans, aluminum cans, #1 plastic bottles, #2 plastic bottles, and glass bottles and jars. ​Commercial access to yard weekdays 9am-11:45 and 12:30-4:30pm. We also buy non-ferrous scrap metal: aluminum, copper, stainless steel, brass, and more. Buyback yard hours are 9am-4:30pm weekdays.
