Established in 1963, Tomson Scrap Metal, is the leading privately owned scrap company in Pittsburgh. We have the edge on buying and selling ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal. TSM, is also a highly specialized roll-off and pick-up service. With dedication, honesty, and reliability to our customers we will continue to grow and serve Pittsburgh and its surrounding areas. 

Tomson’s Scrap Metal has 2 convenient locations. The Brackenridge Facility buys all Non-Ferrous Metals, Such as “Aluminum Cans, Copper, Brass, and Stainless.”  The Natrona Heights Facility Buys all The Ferrous Metals,  “steel and Iron “metals including car parts, building materials, machine turnings and chips and much more at both locations. Cars are only accepted at the Natrona location. If you don't have the ability to bring your scrap to us, we can deliver a dumpster “Roll-Off Container” to your location. We can service residential, commercial, and construction sites. We do not accept any mercury bearing items, freon, flammable, hazardous, toxic or radioactive materials. Sealed containers are also prohibited such as; paint cans, gas tanks, fire extinguishers, or any other container under pressure or containing chemicals. We can use one of our trailers to pick up larger items that won't fit into a roll off dumpster like industrial machines, equipment or roof top units,

**Available to service special needs and requests We pay cash for scrap: Aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, nickel alloys, lead, radiators, copper alum. Radiators, zinc, di-cast, non-ferrous turnings, #1 & #2 heavy melt, misc. Steel, prepared & unprepared plate & structural, #1 & #2 pressing, cast iron, auto cast. Roll-Off Service: TSM specializes in roll-off and pick up service.
**Ability to serve all of your needs as we offer roll-off containers from 15-50 yards
