Solterra Recycling Solutions, headquartered in Ewing, NJ, is a leading provider of non-hazardous solid waste, organic waste and recycling collection throughout central and northern New Jersey and the Philadelphia market. We provide non-hazardous solid waste, organic waste and recycling collection to over 30 municipalities, 400,000 residential households and 2,000 commercial customers throughout central and northern New Jersey as well as the Philadelphia metropolitan area.  We provide exceptional, innovative service to our clients utilizing a fleet of nearly 150 collection vehicles.

Through its partnership with Roark Capital, a $6 billion private equity firm headquartered in Atlanta, Solterra was formed in 2014 to serve as a growth platform company with the goal of building a scalable, integrated environmental services company.  The Company is poised to execute on its strategy of building density in surrounding markets by completing platform and tuck-in acquisitions.  To date, the company has completed 8 acquisitions and Roark has continued to commit additional, substantial equity capital to fund further acquisitions.
