Silo Scrap Metal was established more than 40 years ago when environmental issues were not much of a concern for most institutions. Back then, recycling was an obscure concept to many but we are proud to say we've made a huge contribution towards its recognition. As a matter of fact, we've been doing our part long before it became a standard.
Over the last decades, our operations and approach have strikingly evolved, becoming more proficient in order to meet, and often exceed, the latest standards. We’ve made our mark as leaders of the scrap metal recycling domain and intend to maintain this status for many years ahead.
At Silo Scrap Metal, we always respect environmental regulations enforced by the government. By safely handling, disposing or recycling ferrous and non-ferrous metal for over 40 years, we’ve been establishing new standards for the industry.
Throughout the years, many industrial plants have trusted us with their clean up and remediation programs. Proceeding with these, we worked with both demolition companies and environmental experts to ensure our scrap metal isn’t contaminated and harmful to the environment. Consequently, whenever we can, we recycle the metal from uncontaminated sites.
