Scrap Pappy Recyclers Ltd is a locally owned and operated scrap metal recycling company that serves customers in Western Canada from the Interior of British Columbia (The Okanagan and The Kootenays) to Calgary, Alberta, including Kamloops, Kelowna, Vernon, Salmon Arm, Grand Forks, Penticton, Golden and Castlegar.

Scrap Pappy Recyclers Ltd was started in 2011 by the father and son team of Clay and Landon Harris. With so many people tightening their belts at that time because of the economic downturn, we thought this would offer a great opportunity for our customers to make money selling their unwanted scrap metal to us, as well as helping them clean up their yards and shops and adding a “Green” touch to our shared environment. We are fully committed to protecting the environment, as well as the safety of our employees, our customers and the public.

We accept the following metals for recycling: Aluminum, copper plate and copper wiring, steel, cast iron and tin. We also accept home appliances. In addition to buying and selling scrap metal, Scrap Pappy Recyclers offers a number of demolition, cleanup and recycling services, including:

We are committed to the safety of our employees, our customers and the community. We have an excavator that is equipped with a magnet to ensure that the top soil is cleared of all scrap metals, as well as an End Dump Trailer, excavators and loaders. Our bins are available in 10, 20 and 30 yard sizes.

Drop Off Service by Appointment
For your convenience scrap metal can be dropped off at our facility if necessary, but arrangements must be made in advance. We have a scale set up and one of our courteous technicians will gladly assist you. Please contact us to schedule an appointment for this service.
