Ansel S. Grandmaison has been the owner and operator of Scrap Metals Inc. since 1977. He has been involved with secondary materials since he was a boy scout. Over the past 37 years, his business has served a great purpose for the city of Nashua. Scrap Metals Inc. has been able to keep over a million pounds of metal out of our landfill. By recycling and reusing metals, a tremendous amount of energy is saved by reducing the need to mine for raw materials.

Scrap Metals Inc. is an ongoing member of the Better Business Bureau since 2007 and holds all required city and state permits. Furthermore, we are licensed with The Department Of Environmental Services. The mission of our company is to reduce, reuse, and recycle.

Our Services

We provide demolition services.
We will come and pick up your scrap metal (has to meet certain requirements).
We have two on site scales for quick and accurate weighing of products.
We have our own analyzer for verifying what your product is.
We have our own excavator, forklift and baler for all the various needs of our customers.
Commercial and residential customers are welcome to come and take a look
around to see if we have something they may need. Most of the time we buy, but on occasion we sell.
Same day pay in most circumstances.
